Customer will purchase the security products physically at dealers store and then dealer will add customers information in this app. So by the time dealer will check the status of customers order either the installation is done or not. Dealers can also check the customers anual maintanance contracts and remind customers if their contracts will expire. And dealer will check customers complaints and remind service center to resolve customers complain in order to give better service to customers.
